10 Extremely Useful Tips For Infinity Blade 3

In our previous post on Infinity Blade 3, we wanted to review the game based on first play experience.  Now that we have played it for quite some time, we have discovered 10 most useful things that you need to know and remember.

Combos give more damage.  Like any other game, having mastered the character’s combo moves will yield more damage.  That is why it is best you master it.  Here’s a quick list:

  • Huge Hit Combo: Left, Right, Left
  • Mega Hit Combo: Left, Left, Right, Right
  • Ultra Hit: Left, Right, Up, Down, Left

Master Weapons no longer give out any XP.  As such, it is best to get another weapon and master it to earn more XP and at the same time, sell the master weapon.  This can easily earn you more money which you can use to upgrade your armor.

Always equip Magic Rings. This magical items will help your character as well as damage your enemies.

Gold on Death.  When your character dies, be sure to select TOO HARD option.   This will allow you to retain all gold and XP that you earned as well as chips and items.

Dodge and Parry.  When your enemy comes on you with a combo, dodge and defend the first 3 attacks. On the 4th and 5th, parrying your opponent will result in more damage on the attacker so make it a habit to always do it and this will quickly improve your fighting skills.

Match Titan with the right Element.  Look closely to the Titan’s stats.  Use counter elements when fighting them.  Like an ice element Titan, you should use a Fire Sword and Ring for better damange and equip Ice Shield for better defense and less damage on your character from his attacks.

Always Compare Each Gear.  By comparing, you will always know if it is worth investing.

Smart Grinding.  Remember what we mentioned earlier about retaining gold, items, chips and XP?  A smart way is going against the Dark Knight because when you loose in battle with this monster, you will be taken back to the start of the and if you choose “save and restart castle”, all the goodies you earn in the way are retained.  Repeating this technique will quickly push your characters level and earn more gold each time.

Battle Chips. Here is one we found from the Official Website.

“Even in the post-apocalyptic setting of Infinity Blade, where the Deathless rule, money still makes the world go ‘round. With Infinity Blade III, the economy is expanding to include not just gold that is earned by fighting enemies and opening chests, but also Battle Chips that are earned by completing goals and battle challenges. Gold that you earn through play is used to buy weapons, armor, shields – basically anything that can be equipped by Isa or Siris. Battle Chips are new for Infinity Blade III and are used to buy supplies, which include potions, ingredients, gems, prize wheels, and treasure maps. Gold you can find in chests or even out in the open, but how do you earn Battle Chips? One way is to unlock the Battle Challenges skill. With this skill unlocked, during some fights against Titans, you’ll be given extra tasks such as “Kill the titan with magic.” Fulfilling these tasks earns you some Chips. You can also compete in Trials, ClashMobs, and Aegis Tournaments. Be sure to check out our feature on ClashMobs 2.0 for more details on these. The easiest way to earn Chips quickly is by completing goals. Goals range from simple to enormous tasks that can take minutes or weeks to complete. Some goals can only be earned one time, but others have multiple tiers, getting progressively harder each time you complete them…and progressively more lucrative.”

Even More Chips!  Achieve this goals and you will rip the fruits of you labor.
